Located in Northern Italy, we are a family-run embroidery workshop with over 30 years of experience collaborating for prestigious Maisons of Couture. We are specialised in manual embroidery on pedal machines dating back to the 70s. Rich of our history and our philosophy, this pushes us constantly to innovate in the field of embroidery.
From research to production, we put all our knowledge to work in order to offer embroideries adapted to your creative needs.
Today, the Ricami Laura workshop, enriched by its history and its several innovations and expantions, still cooperates with the most prestigious Maisons of Couture.
Barbara and Stefano, Laura’s children, are now continuing the family business and are keeping the values, heritage and philosophy of the workshop intact.

It was the beginning of a rich collaboration between the designer and the atelier Ricami Laura. This collaboration will propel the small workshop to the rank of an internationally renowned atelier.

This philosophy is still unchanged today.
Creation of Ricami Laura s.d.f:
The creation of the Ricami Laura workshop was born out of a friendship between two Laura’s who were both passionate about embroidery. From this friendship was born the name Ricami Laura. At the beginning it was a small workshop of 100m2 in Carpi, in the north of Italy.
The two friends started just with Cornely and Bernina machines
